1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 218ph ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 218ph website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account on 218ph, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any of our Services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

218ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. 1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 218ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 218ph strictly prohibits underage gaming and will terminate any account found to be operated by a person under the legal gambling age.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Online gaming from jurisdictions outside the Philippines is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or deemed mentally incapacitated are not permitted to use 218ph Services.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted only one (1) account with 218ph. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts under false names, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: Your 218ph account is for your personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, professional gambling, syndicate betting, or using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment is prohibited.

By registering with 218ph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information during registration or failing to maintain eligibility may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

1.2 PAGCOR Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

218ph operates under the full authority and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the primary regulatory body for gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. Our license authorizes us to provide online casino gaming, bingo, and sports betting services to eligible Filipino citizens and residents.

All games offered on the 218ph Platform are subject to PAGCOR oversight and regulation. We maintain strict compliance with all PAGCOR rules, standards, and requirements concerning fair gaming, player protection, anti-money laundering measures, and responsible gaming practices. Any disputes arising from your use of 218ph Services may be reported to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on 218ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents as requested by 218ph.

218ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.2 Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 218ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify 218ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 218ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Allow any other person to access or use your 218ph account
• Create accounts on behalf of other persons
• Transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to another person
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform

Any violation of account security provisions may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Verification and KYC Procedures

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, 218ph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary, we may require you to submit documentation proving your identity, age, residence, and source of funds. Required documents may include valid government-issued ID, proof of address, bank statements, or other documentation.

218ph reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC procedures or provide false documentation will have their accounts permanently closed and funds forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

218ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and player status.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law. Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. You may not use 218ph as a money transfer service or for any purpose other than participating in gaming activities offered on the Platform.

218ph reserves the right to refuse deposits from any source we deem suspicious or potentially related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by 218ph.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically occur within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. 218ph reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and may delay processing if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). 218ph does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on 218ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and all other monetary values are denominated in Philippine Pesos.

3.4 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

218ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are provided at the time of each promotional offer and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 40x) before they can be withdrawn as cash. 4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

When using 218ph gaming services, you agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly without attempting to gain unfair advantage
• Not collude with other players or engage in chip dumping
• Not use external assistance software, bots, or automated systems
• Not exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches for unfair gain
• Immediately report any errors, malfunctions, or suspicious activity to 218ph
• Accept the official results of all games as determined by 218ph systems

Any breach of fair gaming conduct may result in bet cancellation, account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results on 218ph are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes and are final and binding. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. 218ph maintains logs of all gaming activity which serve as the official record in case of disputes.

If you believe an error has occurred, you must notify 218ph customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. 218ph will investigate all legitimate disputes and render a final decision within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 218ph Platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind including payment fraud, identity fraud, or collusion
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial transactions
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise Platform security
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Arbitrage betting or using the Platform for professional advantage play
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 218ph staff or other players
• Providing false information or using someone else's identity

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 218ph Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, game designs, and compilation of content is the exclusive property of 218ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from 218ph without express written permission.

The 218ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of any 218ph trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 218PH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

218ph provides the Platform and all Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

218ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet-based services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or technical difficulties beyond 218ph's control.

In no event shall 218ph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

218ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by regulatory authorities
• Abusive or disruptive behavior
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 218ph will process withdrawal of any remaining legitimate balance in your account, minus any amounts owed to 218ph or subject to investigation. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any self-exclusion requests will be honored in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of 218ph Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through 218ph's customer support department. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR for regulatory review.

You agree to pursue any claims against 218ph on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

9. Responsible Gaming

218ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality checks to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income. 11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 218ph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by 218ph of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 218ph. 218ph may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
